Naledi Fashion Bridges work to develop underprivileged young people's (ages 18 – 25) knowledge in fashion to impact and transform their communities. There are no fashion schools in Tanzania, so the primary objective of this programme is to create entrepreneurial opportunities by providing training in tailoring skills, design, business and English lessons. At the end of the programme, successful students walk out with a business plan, seed money for their first collection and sewing machine.

- Twelve unprivileged students trained in basic English, entrepreneurship, fashion design, and tailoring
- Six students out of 12 enrolled into advance training on #1 above
- One Fashion charity event as capstone project for the finalists – showcasing and selling the collection produced in the course of the training
- The six finalist mentoring and training the next batch 12 students
- Naledi Fashion Tanzania will market and sell the collections of select graduates.
